Stripe card links are currently in test mode for setup verification and are not ready for real customer card payments yet.

Payment Due

Payment is due upon completion unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Deposits

Some jobs may require a deposit before scheduling, purchasing materials, or beginning work.

Materials

Customer-supplied materials must be approved before work begins. Pettie Solutions is not responsible for defects, missing parts, incorrect items, or delays caused by customer-supplied materials.

Change Orders

Any work outside the original quote may require approval and additional payment before completion.

Weather Delays

Outdoor work may be rescheduled due to rain, unsafe conditions, extreme temperatures, or other weather-related issues.

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling may affect deposits if materials have been purchased, time has been reserved, or work has already started.

Licensed Work Limitation

Pettie Solutions does not claim to perform work requiring a licensed electrician, plumber, HVAC contractor, engineer, or other licensed professional unless properly licensed or legally allowed. If licensed work is required, the customer may need to hire the proper licensed professional.
